Hanzo

The Santiago branch of this restaurant, famous in Lima for its perfect blend of Peruvian and Japanese flavors, has been offering for six years tasty and original maki, tiradito and wok dishes in its spacious venue located a few blocks from Borderío. Decorated with red walls and wooden furniture, it has a large cold food display at the end of the dining area, where you can see the chefs busy working to prepare each order. As well as the classic sushi rolls, ordering one of the main courses is a must, among which these sweet-and-sour ribs, ideal for pairing with a Primus carmenére, stand out.
